1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gikundiro - Rayon Sport FC Fan Community at https://rayonsportfc.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Gikundiro is an independent fan community platform for supporters of Rayon Sport FC. We are not officially affiliated with Rayon Sport FC, the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA), or the Rwanda Premier League. Content on this platform reflects the views of the community and does not represent official club statements.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community Rules & Acceptable Use

When posting content or interacting in discussions, you agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, racist, sexist, or harassing toward any individual or group.
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content.
• Upload or share content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person, club, or organization.
• Share explicit, adult, or graphic content of any kind.
• Engage in any illegal activity or encourage others to do so.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban users who violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on Gikundiro, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks. These ads help us maintain and improve the platform at no cost to users. 7. Intellectual Property

The Gikundiro platform, its design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rayon Sport FC club names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks is for fan and informational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or that the Service will be free from errors or viruses. Match statistics and news are sourced from public information and may not always be current or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gikundiro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages arising from user-generated content or third-party advertising.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notifying users. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
